The Belgian is aware of the potential of his side and hopes they manage to reach it when they travel to Old Trafford to face United on Thursday.
He told BBC Scotland: "The team has worked really hard over the last couple of months to be in a good situation in the Europa League. This is a massive challenge. We still have our problems with injuries and players not on the European list.
"But this team can do special things, they have proved that already."
