In her post, she requested the media to avoid making speculations and relentless coverage until the probe is underway.
“As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from the relentless speculation and coverage,” her post read.
She shared that it had been an incredibly challenging day for her family and they are still trying to process what happened in the morning. “...We are still trying to process the events that have unfolded,” she wrote.

Kareena further pointed out that the constant attention also poses a significant risk to their safety and requested fans and media to respect boundaries and give them space.
“While we appreciate the concern and support, the constant scrutiny and attention are not only overwhelming but also pose a significant risk to our safety. I kindly request that you respect our boundaries and give us the space we need to heal and cope as a family,” she wrote.

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed Thursday morning during a burglary. As per the reports, he was stabbed at least six times by an unidentified attacker. The actor was rushed to Lilavati Hospital after the attack.
As per the latest update, the actor has been shifted to the ICU. Khan underwent two surgeries to treat the injuries. Doctors at Lilavati Hospital have stated that the condition of the actor is stable after surgery.

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s team confirmed the incident in an official statement released in the day. The statement read: “There was an attempted burglary in Saif Ali Khan and (his wife and actor) Kareena Kapoor Khan's residence last night. Saif had an injury on his arm for which he is in hospital, undergoing a procedure. The rest of the family is doing fine. We request the media and fans to be patient and not speculate any further as the police is already doing their due investigations. Thank you all for your concern.”
Saif Ali Khan’s public relations representative also released a statement confirming an “attempted burglary” at his residence. “He is currently in hospital undergoing surgery.
